E-Samadhan
web & Android based module in which employees can lodge grievances related to 5 departments Viz- Personnel, Engineering, Medical, Accounts & Electrical. They can also apply for a QR Code based employee's ldentity Card. They can view and download Form 16 and APAR of previous years.
Lakshya Drishti
It is a web based module for monitoring KPls, MoUs and specific targets. In this, all the departments have enter the progress of their targets every month Progress can be viewed in graphical representation, previous year's progress comparison etc. All the data can be analyzed with the help of arithmetic logical operations, line graphs, bar graphs etc.
E-Inspection
Itis a web & Android based comprehensive inspection module through which Station, LC gate, Footplate, Group & DRM inspection can be done. Items to be noted during inspection can be recorded & can Mark to concerned, when critical items are noted, information is sent to the concern via SMS immediately. There is also an option to mark any particular item during inspection for bringing it to the notice of DRM. After inspection, Not only inspection notes but also Compliance reports can be generated. Various types of details and analytical MiS Reports can be generated.
AIM - Asset Inspection Module(S&T)
This web and Android based module is for the S&T department in which Technician, Supervisors & incharge can inspect all types of the Signaling & Telecom department's related assets. Reports of all the inspections can be viewed in the app at any time, there are different types of MIS reports Like - Overdue, Last inspections, Feeded data, can be seen for doing micro analysis by the higher auth orities. Inspection schedules are assigned automatically as Per Manual. A provision has also been made to conduct joint inspections with the Engineering Department through this module.
Digital Token Generation System
(RTM-W.R.)
This module is designed for PRS of the major stations of the division Because there is more crowd of passengers to book tickets there., which is based on the token taken by the passenger at the time of booking the ticket. In this, the token is received by SMS on the mobile number brought with the passenger. Passengers can also check the live queue status through the link. Along with this, there are features to get many reports including blocking suspicious numbers, time taken by clerk in booking procedure, What are those numbers who took lots of tickets in previous days so that admin can find the illegal agents, Due to this module, the RPF department remains very relaxed.
ORH - Officers Rest House Booking Module
(RTM-W.R.)
This ORH module is designed to book rooms in all ORHs located in the division, In which the administration has the facility to view the status of the vacant rooms, view the previous bookings, and the applicant can see the status of ORH allotment and generate the allotment letter after getting the room. SMS notification is sent to the CA in case action is not taken 8 hours after the application is received, Concerned officers are informed by SMS if the allotment of ORH is not done by 24 hours remaining of the requested date and time. Which is very helpful in centralized management of ORH in Division.
Locomotive Care Center
(RTM-W.R.)
In this module, the data of Minor and Major Inspection of Loco is fed from time to time by TM & Auxxiliary Section of LCC Ratlam, and parts to be changed during inspection are also entered. All types of data entry and parts exchange can be seen through multiple types of reports.
KYP - Know Your Pensioner
It is a web & Desktop based software prepared for keeping records of settlement in a digitzed format. We can search and download complete settlement case by searching through one's PF No. / PPO No./ Name etc.
DRM iS RTM (W.R.)
It is a web based module on which all ty pes of appointments & meetings of the Division can be scheduled. The minutes after the meetings can also be created in this module, by assigning the items of the minutes to the concerns, a compliance report of this can be released. Requests for tour programs of branch officers can also be sent to DRM using this module.
