Safety Inspection Module
In this module, all types of safety and non-safety inspections can be conducted by DRM, ADRM, Branch Officers, subordinate officers, and supervisors. Basic details are dynamically generated, deficiencies are categorized into categories and sub-categories, facilities for compliance, interim remarks, forwarding to superiors, returning items, etc., are provided. Apart from linking inspections to drives, uploading photos, and tracing locations, there are many essential features for generating reports. Each division has customized this module according to its specific requirements, including creating and monitoring inspection schedules. Additionally, the module includes a dashboard with important informative graphs and charts.
Asset Maintenance Module & And Rolling Block Planning Tool (S&T) -
The AMM (S&T) is designed for maintaining various gears of assets in the Signaling department. It is intended for use by Technicians, Supervisors, and Incharge personnel, with officers and S&T Control also playing distinct roles. The module includes forms for different types of assets based on their periodicity and schedule type, which can be filled out and submitted. Various types of reports can be generated to assist in asset maintenance. This module has been customized by different divisions to meet their specific needs, such as facilitating Joint Point and Crossing Inspection (JPC), forecasting, rolling block planning programs with the Operating department. These enhancements allow divisions to dynamically generate their programs easily with a simple click. Its simplicity and productivity enhancement have been appreciated by both administration and ground staff
TPAS: Termination Plan Approval System
The TPAS, developed by Cybraze Tech, streamlines S&T termination plans with a digital QR code-enabled platform. It eliminates paper-based delays, ensures real-time updates, and centralizes approval workflows. The process starts with ESM initiating alterations and forwarding them to SSE Incharge for review. Approved files move to SSE Drawing for CAD updates, followed by Section Officer and final approval by Sr. DSTE. Users can track file status, logs, timestamps, and remarks through the "Ongoing Plans" section. Key features include QR codes for asset access, real-time plan updates, and a comprehensive alteration repository. This system reduces approval time from 31 to 15 days, ensures version accuracy, and enhances accessibility, revolutionizing termination plan management.
PMIS for KAVACH through GIS
The project management information system for Railway’s KAVACH implementation is a comprehensive solution designed to monitor the implementation of Kavach assets, including 4G LTE towers, Fibre Optic Cables (FOC), and outdoor cabinets etc. This tool integrates GIS mapping to provide a visual representation of asset locations, progress, and status through color-coded icons and interactive data pop-ups. Administrators can dynamically create and manage assets, define tasks, and track milestones, while division users update progress manually with options to upload media and provide remarks. The system emphasizes role-based access, ensuring only authorized personnel can manage or update assigned assets. Reports and progress charts offer clear insights into project status, while manual refresh ensures lightweight performance. The tool is supported by a structured maintenance plan and fosters collaboration with the authority for finalizing visual elements, ensuring the system aligns with their specific needs. This approach combines advanced monitoring with user-friendly features for efficient project execution
Disaster management system Map
The Disaster Management System Map has revolutionized the way we view system maps with its dynamic interface. By simply clicking on any station, users can access comprehensive details of available safety items such as ART/ARME, hospitals, machineries, and more. Furthermore, locations can be tagged with Google Maps, and speed dial numbers of each element are available. Clicking on the Station Profile reveals essential information about all pertinent officials. Moreover, all this data is seamlessly connected to the Admin module for dynamic management. Rail Sanraksha
The Aaklan app addresses shortcomings in supervisor counseling by providing railway staff access to safety videos tailored to their departments, allowing them to learn crucial topics such as stabling or shunting through easy-to-understand audiovisual content, with accompanying text for better comprehension. After watching the videos, users can attempt an interactive assessment comprising randomly selected questions from a bank of 20. Admins can monitor watch statistics, including attempts made to pass the exam, the number of times and duration the video was watched, to reinforce understanding through video review if necessary. Meanwhile, supervisors can track staff progress via detailed MIS reports, facilitating targeted interventions and planning based on staff needs.
Digital Token Generation System
This module is tailored for the Passenger Reservation System (PRS) of three major stations within the division: Indore, Ujjain, and Ratlam. It operates based on the token issued to passengers for ticket booking, which is received via SMS on their registered mobile number. Passengers can also monitor the live queue status through a provided link. Additionally, the system includes features for generating various reports, including blocking suspicious numbers, to curb ticket touting activities
ID Card Portal
The ID Card Portal revolutionizes the traditional ID card issuance process by addressing inefficiencies, security risks, and accessibility challenges. Designed for employees of the Izzatnagar division, it offers seamless application through I-Pass registration, secure OTP-based login, and transfer status management to prevent misuse. With features like QR code integration for quick verification of employee details and pre-filled forms to minimize errors, the portal ensures a smooth user experience. Employees can track their application status in real-time and download ID cards in PDF or photo formats. This modern solution reflects a commitment to operational excellence, prioritizing security, efficiency, and employee convenience
e-Samadhan
e-Samadhan is a comprehensive web and Android-based module designed for employees to lodge grievances related to five departments: Personnel, Engineering, Medical, Accounts, and Electrical. Additionally, employees can apply for QR Code-based employee identity cards through this platform. Furthermore, they have the ability to view and download Form 16 and Annual Performance Appraisal Report (APAR) from previous yearsn
.ORH Booking module
The ORH Booking module is designed for booking rooms in all Officers Rest Houses (ORHs) within the division. The administration can view the status of vacant rooms and previous bookings, while applicants can check the status of ORH allotment and generate allotment letters upon room allocation. Additionally, SMS notifications are sent to the concerned authority if no action is taken within 8 hours of receiving the application. Moreover, concerned officers are informed via SMS if ORH allotment is not completed 24 hours before the requested date and time. Furthermore, some reports can be generated to keep an eye on the allotment process and to enhance visitor experience, transparency, and address any shortcomings.
Locomotive care center RTM W.R.
This module involves the regular input of data regarding minor and major inspections of locomotives by the TM & Auxiliary Section of LCC Ratlam, including details of parts to be changed during inspections. Additionally, it facilitates reverse engineering in case of failures. Various types of reports allow for comprehensive viewing of all data entries and parts exchanges.
DRMiS
This is a web-based module designed for scheduling all types of appointments and meetings within the division. Additionally, minutes of meetings can be generated within the module by assigning items to the concerned individuals, and compliance reports can be generated thereafter. Furthermore, this module facilitates the submission of tour program requests for branch officers to the DRM.
KYP
Know Your Pensioner is a web and desktop-based software developed for maintaining records of settlements in a digitized format. Users can search and download complete settlement cases by entering details such as PF Number, PPO Number, Name, and various other parameters.
